  • Additionally you can upgrade to the faster FedEx Express service.

WARRANTY

Macna products are not always perfect, you are welcome to contact Macna at service@splashdesign.com when you have any issue with your new Macna gear. If the product age falls within certain guidelines it will be inspected, and if deemed to be faulty manufacturing or material defect, they will promptly organize a repair or replacement.

    RETURNS 

    Our returns policy is good for 30 days. You can still contact us after this date and we will always try to help.

    Make sure the products and packaging are kept brand new and gear only tried for size inside your home. A 80% refund deduction will be applied if products are returned worn or soiled. In some cases, returned soiled or damaged gear will not be accepted. 

    You can ship the product back by any economical method and email us the tracking number. 

    A 20% restocking fee will be applied for change-of-mind returns. This fee covers our shipping costs and repackaging costs.
